About The Position

SAP PEO (Product Engineering and Operations) is an SAP S/4HANA solution designed to tightly integrate engineering (PLM) with manufacturing execution (MES) — especially for complex, highly regulated, or engineer-to-order industries

We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO with MES Consultant to support our aerospace manufacturing client
The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment
PEO provides a single digital thread from design to production inside S/4HANA.

Requirements

• Senior SAP SME 10-15+ Years of experience as SAP Consultant,
• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with MES, PP & PLM applications
• Work on blueprinting, process mapping, building and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions
• Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications
• Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements
• Perform testing, process validation, user training and Change Management for new processes being implemented
• Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
