The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - 160,000. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. What You'll Be Doing Architect SAP system solutions in the fields of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Vistex, including complex pricing procedures, contract management, and incentive administration with strong integration across Finance (FI/CO), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP). Partner with business participants across Sales Operations, Finance, and Commercial excellence to understand complex rebate, chargeback, and commission requirements and translate them into detailed functional and process specifications. Own and drive requirements related to Vistex IP (Incentive Administration), including billbacks, royalties, sales incentives, and claims management, ensuring end-to-end traceability from deal creation to financial settlement. Work closely with cross-SAP functional and technical teams to support and enhance SAP SD Logistics Execution, including delivery processing, shipment scheduling, and billing integration within an ECC environment. Own and drive requirements for output management, pricing condition techniques, and Vistex-specific reporting to ensure transparency in margin analysis and incentive accruals. Interface on a day-to-day basis with business leadership, external partners, and ABAP development teams to support global business operations and resolve complex production bottlenecks. Provide mentorship and functional guidance to the project and implementation team, applying industry-standard Vistex best practices and SAP delivery methodologies. Work with onsite-offshore teams across multiple time zones to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver small to large-scale OTC initiatives and system enhancements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience including deep hands-on functional configuration in SAP SD (OTC) and a minimum of 4–5 years specializing in Vistex modules.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, specifically the flow between SD pricing, Vistex transactional data, and FI/CO profitability analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience in SAP solution architecture for Price Management, Rebate Processing, and Incentive Administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to debug ABAP code to identify root causes in custom Vistex programs.
  • Design and support analytics solutions for sales performance and incentive tracking using tools such as SAP BI/BW or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions and trade-offs in global, multi-module SAP ECC programs.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to mediate between conflicting business requirements and propose scalable SAP standard solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Medical Distribution industry, managing complex volume-based rebates and multi-layered incentive structures.
  • Experience leading Vistex blueprint sessions and full-lifecycle implementations from discovery through post-go-live hypercare.
  • Demonstrated and verifiable project delivery in large, multi-functional SAP programs involving global template rollouts.
