Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of Cloud support.
• Proven experience in deploying and managing solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and security best practices for cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform services.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Previous experience in government or defense-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SAP NS2 solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Automate the provisioning process to accelerate deployment cycles and minimize manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to provision necessary resources for testing and release processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Implement continuous monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for resource allocation, load balancing, and cost optimization.
• Work closely with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures for cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud security.
• Regularly audit and update security policies and access controls.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for code deployment, configuration management, and version control.
• Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies to enhance the overall development and deployment process.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators.
• Create comprehensive documentation for provisioning processes, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
