The SAP MDG Business Systems Analyst (S/4 HANA) position is a contract role focused on implementing and managing Master Data within SAP S/4 HANA, specifically covering end-to-end Supply Chain areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data governance standards, policies, and practices related to master data management in SAP S/4 HANA, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and other manufacturing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and project implementation related to Master Data Governance. The candidate will leverage their analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to ensure effective Master Data management and provide support services to end-users. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for managing various SAP Master Data objects, including Material Master, Bills of Material, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Business Partners. The analyst will ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across various business systems, including PLM and MES, to create a scalable digital ecosystem. The position also involves creating and supporting a master data governance framework, educating users on data governance principles, and assisting in defining standard operating procedures and process flows. The analyst will work collaboratively with the Technology team to manage data governance across enterprise solutions and will centralize data collection among multiple business areas. They will measure and report data volumes and growth, establish data governance standards, and facilitate training sessions for users. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and management, as well as to track and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must be flexible and adaptable to a high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous startup setting.
