The Work: Help clients understand best practices in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to maximize data quality and compliance. Spot strategies, risks, and options for master data management, recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their business needs. Lead, coach, and advise project staff, managing performance and fostering growth within the team. Design and prototype MDG solutions, providing clients with options and innovative approaches. Set up, configure, and test SAP MDG systems; understand and apply SAP methodologies and governance frameworks. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of MDG initiatives and alignment with business objectives. Use your business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led, with a focus on data governance and quality. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP MDG best practices across projects and teams. This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience, with at least 1 year focused on SAP MDG or master data management including experience in design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP MDG objects and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience). If Associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
Nice To Haves
- Proven track record integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI) and third-party systems.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP MDG functionalities, including data modeling, process configuration, and data quality management.
- You have experience integrating MDG with supply chain, finance, or retail master data processes.
- You can articulate business objectives, configure solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- You excel at managing and delivering complex projects in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
