Requirements

• 7 + years SAP ECC or S/4HANA Order Management experience
• Expertise in SAP cutover planning, cutover execution management, and Microsoft Project
• Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
• Team lead experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP PS structure: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS
• Relevant SAP certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business process design requirements
• Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
• Business process design and system analysis
• Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
• Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
• Manage overall cutover and migration activities across various modules
• Support execution of the production cutover plan; provide required documentation as evidence of successful completion
• Manage assembly processing cutover and migration activities
