About The Position

The SAP LE Functional Senior Analyst will work on Logistics Execution processes including Stock transport orders, outbound delivery, transport management, GTM, WMS shipments, and outbound/inbound interfaces such as Shipment Advice, Advance Shipment Notification, Inbound Delivery, and Goods Receipt. The role involves triaging data process bugs and driving root cause resolution, writing functional specifications, collaborating with developers, and performing functional testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing with business users. The analyst will also support project documentation and work with project managers to ensure smooth and timely execution of project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work on Logistics Execution processes like Stock transport orders, outbound delivery, transport management, GTM, WMS shipments and outbound/inbound interfaces.
• Triage data process bugs and drive root cause resolution.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
• Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT testing with business users.
• Support data clean up as needed.
• Identify gaps for missing data element policies and procedures.
• Support project documentation.
• Work with data owners to establish Master Data Integrity processes and workflow.
• Document project-related items and communicate to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams on production bugs, enhancements, and project deliverables.
