About The Position

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP OTC matters, working independently to resolve complex issues and deliver solutions. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from conception through to delivery and post-implementation support, managing resources and timelines effectively. Enhance and maintain SAP OTC configurations, taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. Manage Master Data impacts proactively, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all OTC processes. Lead operational and day-to-day of the OTC processes, including performance monitoring and user support. Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and users to ensure effective use of SAP OTC functionalities. Collaborate with cross- functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Prepare and manage budgets for OTC-related projects and initiatives, including contractor and resource allocation. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving. Drive the strategic planning, development, and hands-on execution of SAP OTC projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay current with SAP OTC trends and advancements, recommending and implementing upgrades and innovations. Position located in Northbrook, Illinois. Telecommuting/remote working allowed. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with three (3) years of experience in job offered, SAP Consultant or a related role. Must have experience with the following: Creating business process diagrams including business process procedures. SAP Order to Cash environment. System management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, and user acceptance testing. SAP OTC process flow and its integration with other SAP modules. Ability to manage master data impacts and configuration within the SAP OTC framework. Requirements
