Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP IS billing area
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach
• Good communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in the Tosca automation tool
• Hands-on experience in automating processes on SAP S/4HANA systems, with a focus on automating workflows, optimizing processes, and adhering to industry best practices for seamless system design and integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in automated processes

Responsibilities

• Work with production support team to understand the testing requirements to support SAP IS billing Incidents & Enhancements
• Understand the Incident fixes & Enhancements in co-ordination with functional team
• Test case design, test execution, defect logging and follow up until closure and sign off
• Regular testing Status Report
• Execution of automated TOSCA scripts for SAP
• Update and enhance existing TOSCA scripts to reflect recent SAP-ISU enhancements
• Collaborate with technical and billing team to understand new requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage
• Fix test failures and maintaining test data
