The MIL Corporation seeks an SAP Implementation Sr. Manager (Business Analysis, Senior Manager) to support a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) client at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD and Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) at St. Inigoes, MD. Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at client’s facility. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance. This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

  • Serve as a leader supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NBO) with Navy ERP deployment, sustainment and major upgrades at NAWCAD.
  • Provide detailed analyses of current operations, business processes, organizational processes, procedures and staff components to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
  • Employ business process models, activity flows, and data models.
  • Function as leader and facilitator for the process experts when identifying existing or proposed solutions for business processes and organizational procedures.
  • 15+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership financial system implementations.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools and in directing junior staff to utilize these tools.
  • Experience leading the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Experience with Navy SAP-based financial system
  • Expertise with Navy financial and business processes such as acquisition, property management, financial accounting, working capital fund, workforce management, payroll or business intelligence.
