Requirements

• Currently enrolled, or recently graduated from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva, with experience in graphic and design tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Persona Engagement team, working with C-suite personas and professional experts in the procurement line of business.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and structured customer profile collection and Speaker Bureau online site.
• Maintain and update the member database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and manage the team performance tracker and generate regular business performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to create communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations and video contents to promote the Persona Engagement programs and outcomes.
