About The Position

The SAP iXp Intern Operations role is part of the SAP Internship Experience Program, designed for university students to gain practical experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. Interns will engage in managing day-to-day operations within the Digital Business Services Team, contributing to strategy and reporting activities while building relationships across the global services business. This internship emphasizes personal growth, learning, and the application of cutting-edge methodologies.

Requirements

• Business, operations, or IT experience/working knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Apps, especially Excel.
• Effective time management skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work against deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the Digital Business Services Team.
• Lead standard reporting activities and contribute to global enablement and onboarding programs.
• Drive strategy for standard operations and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Utilize innovative methodologies like digital whiteboarding and design thinking to enhance team efficiency.
• Participate in continuous training to discover new ways to utilize AI functionality and automation.
