About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This opportunity is within the Concur division of SAP, in the Marketing Technology and Operations team. This intern position will offer the opportunity to learn about a Marketing technology stack, with a global team, that has the responsibility of supporting the SAP Concur Marketing team in its marketing initiatives. You will be working with the SAP Concur MarTech team to continually move projects and enhancements forward. You will get to assist with a few large team projects, as well as help manage our SharePoint updates, enablement, and newsletters, as well as help track project process using a PM tool called Wrike.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled, or recently graduated from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
• Solid understanding of basic Marketing concepts
• Ability to comprehend marketing technology strategies
• Willingness to learn new platforms and document functionality
• Experience in organizing tasks needed to complete an assignment
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PPT or Google docs
• Good communication skills
• Collaborative approach to work
• Skilled at tracking and following up on information
• Well organized with experience in migrations and launches
• Problem solving mind-set
• Exposure to Project Planning software

Responsibilities

• Assist with various MarTech tools that our team uses day to day, such as Demandbase
• Support project management and planning effort
• SharePoint updates and management
• Help align teams for upcoming migration work
• Assist with project timelines and communicate to stakeholders
• Support Senior Project Manager on a day to day basis
