About The Position

Our client, a leading Global Pharmaceutical Company, is seeks an SAP Hyper -care Consultant, which involves overseeing post -implementation support, stabilization, and optimization of SAP environments, while incorporating aspects of program management to ensure smooth project continuity and operational excellence. This is a contractual position through the end of 2026. The selected Candidate is required to work onsite at the client's office located in the Trenton, New Jersey area.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of SAP implementation and support experience, with at least 2 full -cycle projects.
  • Strong hands -on experience in Hyper -care management across SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
  • Proven capability in managing stabilization activities and stakeholder communication post go -live.
  • Experience working in complex healthcare or regulated industry SAP landscapes.
  • Excellent coordination, issue resolution, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work onsite with cross -functional teams and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or experience in program/project management.
  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager, ITSM, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of change management and business continuity principles

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading post go -live Hyper -care activities for SAP systems, ensuring system stabilization and resolution of critical issues.
  • Coordinate between functional and technical teams to manage defect triage, root -cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from project to steady -state operations.
  • Support program -level governance, ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Provide hands -on guidance and coordination for cross -functional issue resolution during the Hyper -care phase.
  • Develop and present status reports, metrics, and performance summaries to program leadership.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure documentation of key learnings for long -term operational support
