About The Position

The SAP Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading transformation initiatives within the Energy industry, focusing on optimizing end-to-end processes in the Downstream Hydrocarbon Value Chain using SAP technologies. This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement state-of-the-art SAP solutions, building strong relationships with senior leaders, and driving business development efforts to grow Accenture's SAP practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the SAP IS-Oil modules and Hydrocarbon Value Chain process area.
• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting the Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Utilities Industry/clients.
• Minimum of two end-to-end SAP HVC implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
• Experience leading a team in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable with ERP technology and familiar with SAP, Oracle, Workday.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and design thinking.
• Prior sales experience developing responses to client proposals and participating in sales presentations.
• Exposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and optimize end-to-end processes in Downstream Hydrocarbon Value Chain & SAP Commodity Management and Trading.
• Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S4 ERP.
• Lead delivery of SAP solutions that meet clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.
• Grow Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.
• Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build expertise in SAP.
