About The Position

The SAP HCM Configurer will be responsible for performing functional analysis, requirements definition, and SAP module configuration and testing. This role involves leading projects, coordinating across different organizations, and ensuring the completion of engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. The position requires strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules and the ability to manage development projects from conception to production.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years experience in software development/architecture.
• Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS, etc.
• Ability to develop functional requirements specifications and set configuration tables.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne.

Nice To Haves

• A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
• Possesses exceptional and/or highly specialized Enterprise Architecture qualifications/expertise.
• General familiarity and experience with project management methodologies/disciplines.
