Position: Navy ERP Consultants I, II & III – SAP User Management - SAP UM
How You Will Make an Impact: You will play a critical role in advancing Navaide's mission of driving transformational change for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance
• Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Nice To Haves

• Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP
• Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development.
• Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance
• Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control
• Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation.
