Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in SAP FI/CO with deep functional knowledge of Product Costing and Manufacturing Costing
  • Advanced knowledge of SD/Customer Service integration , including Contracts and Billing.
  • Solid understanding of CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) and its technical components.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Recognition and service-related business models.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively as a team player in a global environment
  • Service-minded approach with a strong orientation toward user support and satisfaction.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP CRM (significant plus).
  • Exposure to SAP FI/CO rollouts , Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA
  • Familiarity with BI/Business Objects/WEBi and Data Archiving
  • Knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP)
  • Experience in data conversion and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Finance Functional analysis with a heavy focus on FI/CO integration with SD, MM, and Plant Maintenance
  • Manage Controlling and Product Costing processes, ensuring seamless integration with CO-PA
  • Oversee Revenue Recognition processing across various billing models, including Time-Based, Milestone, and Variable billing.
  • Define end-to-end system processes for complex Service scenarios involving Service Orders and Service Contracts
  • Manage CATS processing and its integration with service transactions, including handling user exits (CAT2) and reporting (CADO).
  • Support Project System (PS) Finance integration and ensure data integrity across modules.
  • Collaborate with offshore-onsite teams , adapting work schedules to meet global delivery requirements.
  • Facilitate integration testing cycles and lead defect resolution for identified system issues.
