About The Position
The HCM/ Success Factors Analyst, IT Development is a critical part of the TBC Information Technology HCM Applications Development team at TBC. The candidate must be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Talent Suite, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll. Must be able to enhance existing setup, implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors's new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, and updating role-based permissions, business rules, route maps, and workflows. Must have extensive experience building and maintaining various report types in SuccessFactors including story-based People Analytics. Integration experience sending files from SuccessFactors to third-party vendors via Integration Center and CPI is desired. Experience working with workforce management tools like Kronos or Workforce Software. Experience working with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.
