About The Position

The Senior SAP FICO Finance Consultant role at Madiba involves supporting and implementing global SAP FICO solutions. This position requires a technical lead who will act as a cross-functional costing and finance expert throughout the project lifecycle and production support. The consultant will leverage their extensive experience in finance business processes within an S/4 environment to deliver effective transformations for clients.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience supporting and implementing global FICO Finance solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems.
• Senior SAP FICO functional experience with a strong understanding of finance business processes in an S/4 environment.
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance business processes and SAP FICO integration with FI, AP, AR, GL, FM, and PS modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desired.
• Strong knowledge of ASAP Methodology, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience in a controls-based environment with ITAR and SOX compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Media and Entertainment environment is highly desired.
• CPA, Chartered ACC, or related certification is a plus.
• Certification in SAP FI/CO and other modules is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement global SAP FICO solutions.
• Act as a technical lead and cross-functional costing and finance expert throughout project lifecycles.
• Gather and validate requirements for SAP Financials.
• Design, implement, and support SAP Financials solutions.
• Work with Operations and Finance stakeholders to manage solution delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders.
• Create process and training documentation.
• Design and support financial reporting, profitability reports, and COPA.
• Conduct cost planning and budgeting, product costing, and asset accounting.
• Perform system testing and lead testing activities.
