As a Solutions Analyst III at JP Morgan Chase within Corporate Technology, you
will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and
software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical
reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting
business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and
technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Hands‑on SAP FI experience across core submodules with demonstrated integration to MM, SD and PS.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and GAAP; exposure to tax accounting and regulatory changes with corresponding SAP FI configuration and build.
• Agile delivery experience with hands‑on ServiceNow (incident, change, problem); able to prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Self‑directed with strong ownership; serves as SME/mentor; results‑oriented with a proactive, can‑do mindset.
• Strong collaborator and communicator; effective across cross‑functional teams; adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.

• Manage Fiori Launchpad content and navigation (catalogs, groups, spaces/pages)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP Financials (AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Banking) with integration to Project Systems, MM and SD; deliver compliant configuration for evolving business and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business and regulatory changes; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements; translate into functional designs and FI configuration.
• Map business processes and configure/develop required changes within SAP FI to meet client needs, including reporting requirements.
• Design, configure, customize and test FI modules; coordinate end‑to‑end integration testing and maintain company‑standard documentation for Unit, Informal and User Acceptance Testing.
• Interface with Ariba, Concur and other invoice‑processing applications; oversee reconciliations, monitoring and error handling across end‑to‑end flows.
• Prepare functional specification documents and conduct walkthroughs with the SAP Technical Team for reports, interfaces and enhancements.
• Leverage strong understanding of SAP FI table architecture to troubleshoot, validate data and define reporting needs (e.g., BKPF, BSEG, BSID/BSAD, BSIK/BSAK).
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements and new functionality.
