About The Position

Job Details: Responsibilities: Drive business blueprinting workshops with business and cross-functional teams. - Conduct As-Is/To-Be discussions and map business process flows. - Gather requirements from Warehouse and Shipping, analyze, and propose best-practice solutions. - Configure, develop, and test SAP changes; own overall design and solution for SAP WM/SAP S/4HANA EWM and integrations with other modules. - Serve as single point of contact for configuration, development, and data migration in WM and EWM. - Collaborate across MM, QM, PP, and SD modules. - Document processes and train teams on newly implemented solutions. - Adapt quickly to changing timelines and sequences. - Develop and execute test plans for WM/EWM configurations. Required experience and skills: - 10+ years of SAP experience. - At least 2 end-to-end implementations with hands-on configuration in SAP WM. - At least 2 end-to-end implementations with hands-on configuration in SAP EWM. -Experience integrating SAP WM/EWM with Kardex software. - Experience in high-volume distribution centers handling batch and serialized products. - Expertise in cartonization, Quality Inspection Engine, quantity classifications, and warehouse order optimization rules. - Strong knowledge of EWM master data integration, inbound, outbound, internal movements, cycle counting, and kitting; integration with shop floor and kitting orders. Deep WM/EWM knowledge areas: - Warehouse master data and org structure setup. - Complex storage types; put-away and stock removal strategies (including BAdIs) in EWM. - Inbound and put-away processes in WM/EWM: palletization, consolidation, deconsolidation using Handling Units. - Outbound shipments and stock removal in WM/EWM; Handling Unit Management across inbound, internal, and outbound processes. - Warehouse internal processes, posting change notice, and production order staging in WM. - Kanban replenishment; intra- and inter-warehouse replenishment in WM. - Internal warehouse processes: replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, and warehouse reorganization in EWM. - Cross-process settings and exception handling via custom solutions in EWM. - Post Processing Framework (PPF) for standard and custom definitions. - Project stock management and customizing WM movement types. - Wave Management and wave templates in EWM. - Batch Management, Serial Management, Handling Unit Management/SU management in WM. - Cycle counting processes and interfaces with external WMS. - ITS Mobile/SAP Fiori; RF devices, RF configuration, and queue management. - Outputs, label printing, and scanners (RFID, 2D, linear). - WM reporting and Warehouse Activity Monitor. - Slotting and warehouse reorganization. - Integration of LE/WM/MM with SD, PP, QM, FI, CO. - LSMW, batch job creation/monitoring, and IDoc monitoring. - ABAP understanding: debugging, BADIs, function modules, ALV reports. - Collaboration with security teams on roles and authorizations. - Daily queue management and resolution in both S/4 and EWM systems. - Experience writing Functional Design Specifications for custom developments. Preferred: TMS integration knowledge.
