ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE We are seeking a motivated SAP ERP Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in various aspects of SAP ERP implementation and support, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Familiarity with business processes and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university is required.
  • Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 or equivalent is required.
  • Computer keyboarding

  • Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgement and discretion; ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and/or database management is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP ERP modules.
  • Support other system development activities.
  • Participate in testing activities, including functional unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Identify process related improvement opportunities and propose / recommend solution approaches
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation.
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
