About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead our enterprise architecture team within the US SAP Practice. This strategic role is responsible for shaping and guiding large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, aligning enterprise architecture with business strategy, and driving innovation through SAP technologies and methodologies. The successful candidate will be a recognized authority in SAP Enterprise Architecture, having led multiple end-to-end global SAP S/4HANA transformations in the capacity of Enterprise Architect, and will bring a strong understanding of SAP’s EAM methodology, TOGAF, SAP EA certification, and related frameworks.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in SAP consulting, with 8+ years in architecture leadership roles.
  • Proven experience as Enterprise Architect on at least three large-scale, complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including one completed in the last 24 months.
  • Deep expertise across multiple SAP domains (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, HR, analytics).
  • Certified SAP Enterprise Architect; TOGAF and/or other architecture certifications required.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EAM methodology, enterprise architecture governance, and operating models.
  • Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and legacy/non-SAP applications.
  • Demonstrated client advisory and C-level engagement skills, able to influence board-level decisions.
  • Strong experience working in regulated, global industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, public sector, financial services).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or IT; Master’s preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of LeanIX, Signavio, SAP BTP, and CALM as architecture accelerators.
  • Experience in merger & acquisition-driven SAP transformations.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
  • Track record of building and scaling an architecture practice.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee multiple large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition approaches.
  • Define and govern end-to-end enterprise architecture blueprints aligned to client business strategies.
  • Lead architecture assessments and develop roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA adoption, integration, and modernization.
  • Develop global process templates and harmonization strategies across business units.
  • Drive adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and Cloud ALM to support innovation and extensibility.
  • Ensure consistent application of SAP Enterprise Architecture Methodology (EAM) and TOGAF principles.
  • Work with business executives and technology leaders to align business capabilities, processes, and IT platforms.
  • Solution and oversee core template design, integration strategy, and deployment approach across multi-country/global rollouts.
  • Provide quality assurance and design authority throughout program delivery.
  • Act as a thought leader and advisor to clients on SAP, cloud strategy, and innovation enablers (BTP, AI, automation, analytics).
  • Build, lead, and mentor the internal community of SAP architects across functional and technical domains.
  • Contribute to DXC sales and pre-sales efforts, shaping winning SAP proposals and solution architectures.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with SAP, hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ecosystem partners to leverage innovation.
