Requirements

• Pursuing or have recently graduated with a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing or related field (Undergraduate or Graduate Degree)
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn about product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
• Good communication skills, experience in engaging with various stakeholders is a plus
• Open, friendly, creative personality with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with SaaS products and the marketing technology landscape is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Great MS Office Skills, familiarity with Jira, Confluence and/or Slack are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research: Analyze trends and customer needs for product innovation.
• Support product strategy: Join brainstorming and help develop roadmaps.
• Analyze user feedback: Collect and assess user feedback for product decisions.
• Assist product launches: Help with marketing materials and sales resources.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales for product success.
• Learn Agile: Gain experience in Agile and participate in team meetings.
• Present findings: Communicate research through presentations and reports.
