We are seeking an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions (including SAP DMC, ME/MII) for our clients. This role involves working closely with manufacturing and IT teams to enable Industry 4.0 capabilities and integrate shopfloor systems with enterprise processes.

Requirements

• 4–10 years in MES implementations and SAP manufacturing solutions.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP Digital Manufacturing projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel.
• SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC), SAP ME/MII.
• SAP BTP, SAPUI5, JavaScript, Node.js.
• SAP Integration Suite/CPI, iFlows, API Hub.
• SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), IoT integration.

Nice To Haves

• SAP certifications in manufacturing modules.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP DMC, ME/MII, and related components.
• Develop custom extensions using SAP BTP (SAPUI5, Node.js, microservices).
• Integrate shopfloor systems using SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows).
• Define KPIs and build performance dashboards for real-time manufacturing insights.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support migration from SAP MII to SAP DMC where applicable.
