The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes, with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for designated solution or product segment. They are responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role.
  • 2-4 years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Expertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks).
  • Functional knowledge of S/4HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes that leverage SAP BDC is desired.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing industry trends and proven ability to present to all levels in a customer's organization.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing industry leaders and competitive differentiators.
  • Viewed as a solution expert and trusted advisor with a track record of success.
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate SAP's presence and impact in potential customer engagements by executing and crafting presentations that communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solution differentiators.
  • Utilize reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Drive discussions with potential clients to ensure SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Provide vital support in RFx completion and ensure clients transition smoothly post-sale.
  • Lead webinars and align with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to mold demand generation narratives.
  • Curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, aligning it with advanced solution insights and market trends.
