Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Service applications, understanding of Call Center/Case Management technologies and/or Sales Force Automation processes and solutions.
  • Experience in Commerce applications covering B2C, B2B and B2B2C, understanding of Direct to Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel capabilities.
  • Experience in Order Management applications, and Pricing and Promotions Solutions related to Retail Industry.
  • Ability to define Consumer and Customer journeys across solutions and channels.
  • Experience and understanding of Marketing and Customer Data Solutions is a plus.
  • 2-7+ years of relevant presales and/or operational experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred from accredited university.
  • Distinguished combination of digital proficiency and technical acumen with demonstrated proficiency of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Solid working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate SAP's presence and impact in potential customer engagements.
  • Execute and craft presentations that communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives.
  • Utilize reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Drive discussions with potential clients to ensure SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Provide vital support in RFx completion.
  • Ensure clients transition smoothly post-sale and craft holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.
  • Enhance and refine content for demand generation efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios.
