Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Delivery Manager – (Remote) – Long Term Contract for one of our clients. The position requires SAP Functional knowledge with service delivery experience. The SAP Delivery Manager will be responsible for identifying attrition percentage in accounts and taking up initiatives to reduce the same. The role involves performing value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implementing strategies to improve productivity. Additionally, the manager will implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost, and analyze the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives. The manager will ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT). Responsibilities also include ensuring that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews, ensuring generation of an account level EE & EN revenue, and ensuring absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets.
