You Are: SAP Data Migration Specialist Senior Manager will manage the data conversion team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met. They will serve as the deputy to the Data Conversion Lead, assisting with team and client management. The Work: Provide support to end-users on data migration processes and tools Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on data conversion progress and issues Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of data conversion activities Data Conversion Processes: Support the development and execution of data conversion strategies for specific data areas Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify data conversion requirements and resolve issues Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data conversion processes and procedures Develop and update data conversion templates, checklists, and guidelines Support post-conversion activities including data reconciliation and validation Conduct data quality checks and ensure the migrated data meets the required standards
