About The Position

DXC Technology helps global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations, modernize IT, optimize data architectures, and ensure security and scalability across public, private, and hybrid clouds. The SAP Data Migration Lead will manage a team responsible for package software application development, coordinate project execution, allocate resources efficiently, and collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals. This role ensures the timely delivery of software solutions, provides technical guidance to team members, oversees quality control, ensures adherence to coding standards, facilitates collaboration with other departments, and identifies and addresses project risks and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and project management
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Proven experience in leading software development projects
• Technical knowledge in package applications
• Effective communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
