  • Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentoring team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions.
  • Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development.
  • Engage actively with clients, leading workstreams, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting.
  • Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands.
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP module with full-cycle implementations inside your core module.
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Specialized skills in Data Fabric, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, and other data management disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and project-based team members
  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions
  • Ability and comfort-level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
  • Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance and Data Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications as specified by individual service lines.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with clients.

  • Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200
  • Salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California is $203,900 to $441,300
