About The Position

The SAP Core Process Manager will lead the Record to Report (RTR) team at Bausch Health, focusing on enhancing financial reporting and accounting functions. This role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving core RTR processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, training end-users, and driving change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during process updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP RTR processes, focusing on process management and improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), or related modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core RTR processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Define best practices and standards for RTR processes, including COPA, Product Costing, Project Systems, and Fixed Assets.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align RTR processes with business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on financial strategies.
  • Oversee the configuration and optimization of SAP RTR modules, including General Ledger and Financial Reporting.
  • Manage system enhancements to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on RTR processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices and process improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of RTR processes.
  • Analyze process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during updates.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate changes and gather feedback.
