The SAP Concur Travel and Expense Operations Manager at IBM is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Travel & Expense (T&E) SaaS platform, particularly for federal agencies.   • Direct all aspects of T&E Operations for federal agencies, including implementation and testing.
  • Align T&E processes and procedures with industry best practices.
  • Enforce the overall governance model for T&E operations.
  • Design strategies for continuous improvement in supporting operations for federal agencies.
  • 10 years of experience in managing large scale Travel & Expense transformation projects from end-to-end.
  • 10 years of experience working as a leader in support of a T&E operations center.
  • Experience leading medium to large sized projects involving multiple customer stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience engaging with client stakeholders to determine process improvements.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with effective communication.
  • Agile management experience, including project management and developing multi-year strategy improvement roadmaps.
  • 10 years of experience with Travel & Expense Shared Services.
  • Strong Federal T&E transformation expertise.
  • At least 7 years of experience with project reporting/financial management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
