As a Travel & Expense (T&E) solution Operations Manager at IBM Consulting, you will oversee the daily operations of the SaaS platform during Operations & Maintenance, specifically for federal agencies. This role involves directing T&E operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. You will engage with client stakeholders to enhance processes and lead a cross-functional team to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the T&E SaaS platform during Operations & Maintenance.
  • Direct all aspects of T&E Operations for federal agencies, including implementation and testing.
  • Align T&E processes and procedures with industry best practices.
  • Enforce the overall governance model for T&E operations.
  • Design short-term and long-term strategies for continuous improvement in operations.
  • 10 years of experience in managing large scale Travel & Expense transformation projects from end-to-end.
  • 10 years of experience working as a leader in support of a T&E operations center.
  • Experience leading medium to large sized projects involving multiple customer stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience engaging with client stakeholders to determine process improvements.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with effective communication.
  • Agile management experience, including project management and strategy development.
  • 10 years of experience with Travel & Expense Shared Services.
  • Strong Federal T&E transformation expertise.
  • At least 7 years of experience with project reporting/financial management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
