Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
• Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program.
• Knowledge of data management/warehousing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced Marketing role.
• Familiarity with Marketo/Salesforce.
• Experience with SQL and databases.

Nice To Haves

• Graduating Seniors/2nd Year Masters highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to define and implement data management rules, including customer data retention policies, deduplication strategies, and mass data deletion processes.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and data visualizations to support reporting and decision-making.
• Partner with designers to develop training and enablement materials that clearly explain project outcomes and processes.
• Draft and send project communication emails, providing updates on progress, milestones, and key findings.
