About The Position

As a SAP CMMS Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. This role ensures accurate data management, supports maintenance planning and execution, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize asset reliability and system performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP PM or related modules
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of maintenance process and asset management principles
  • Proficiency in SAP reporting tools (SAP Query, BI, Fiori, etc)
  • Experience in training and supporting end users
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) or ISO 5500 standards
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards
  • Maintain and configure SAP PM master data (equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans)
  • Manage user roles, authorizations, and system access related to maintenance functions
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor backlog, overdue work orders, and system KPIs to ensure timely execution
  • Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies within SAP
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PM functionalities
  • Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system usage and maintenance workflows
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to implement system upgrades and enhancements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to asset management and reliability
  • Generate and analyse reports on maintenance performance, compliance, and asset health
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making
