We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (Cloud ALM) across enterprise landscapes. The expert will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, operations, monitoring, and testing for SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and other SAP cloud solutions. This role requires strong expertise in process monitoring, change management, testing, and reporting to ensure reliable and compliant SAP operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Cloud ALM administration or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud ALM setup, configuration, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and integrated cloud solutions.
• Experience with business process monitoring, KPIs, alerts, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of change and release management, transport handling, and test management in SAP.
• Familiarity with integration between Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and other SAP monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of IT compliance, governance, and operational best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

• SAP Certified in Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
• Experience with RISE with SAP projects and hybrid cloud landscapes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated monitoring tools.
• Background in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or Utilities.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services administration and integration with Cloud ALM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage SAP Cloud ALM for implementation projects, operations, and continuous monitoring.
• Set up end-to-end business process monitoring for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integrated SAP SaaS solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.).
• Configure alerts, dashboards, KPIs, and automated notifications to monitor system performance and business process execution.
• Support change management, transport management, and release orchestration within Cloud ALM.
• Conduct test management, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Integrate Cloud ALM with SAP Solution Manager, BTP services, and on-premise SAP systems for seamless operations.
• Provide analytics and reporting on system health, project progress, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment between IT operations and business objectives.
• Develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for Cloud ALM usage.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP Cloud ALM updates, best practices, and integration capabilities.
