The SAP FICO Application Analyst will work on business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for SAP end-users, the SAP FICO Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the SAP FI-CO area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The SAP FICO Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, conduct end-user training, create and maintain documentation and identify areas of improvement associated with opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. The SAP FICO Application Analyst requires a deep understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO functionality to support our business objectives and contribute to our ongoing success. They will have hands-on experience with various areas of SAP FI-CO configuration and integrations with other modules, such as MM, PP and SD. They will work closely with the Lead SAP FICO App Analyst, ERP Technical team and Architects to implement solutions, including configuration alignment and/or customizations to accommodate functionality gaps. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, customer service-oriented, adaptable to change and a team player. They will take the initiative to identify and act on opportunities that benefit our stakeholders and align with our priorities. This is a hybrid role and can be based in any of the following office locations: Madison, WI; Redwood City, CA; or San Diego, CA.
