Candidates residing within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to work on-site two days per week. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, dynamic BTP Integration Architect and Lead to design, lead, and manage the integration architecture within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring successful integration between SAP and non-SAP systems and between on-premises and cloud environments, leveraging SAP BTP services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture, with at least 3+ years on SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Strong experience in SAP CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, and SAP Connectivity Services.
  • Hands-on experience with protocols (SOAP, REST, OData), data formats (JSON, XML), and security standards (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) and integration use cases.
  • Proficiency in using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and other integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development, microservices, and DevOps principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP Extension Suite , SAP Build, or other BTP services.
  • Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • SAP Integration certification(s) (e.g., C_CPI_14 or C_CPI_15).
  • Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end integration architecture using SAP BTP Integration Suite , including Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
  • Define integration patterns, guidelines, and best practices for both cloud-native and hybrid landscapes.
  • Lead the assessment and selection of integration technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to align integration solutions with the overall IT strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of integration developers and architects.
  • Review and guide development and configuration work to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure integrations.
  • Define reusable artifacts, frameworks, and accelerators to improve delivery speed and consistency.
  • Act as the lead architect for SAP BTP integration projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, BASIS, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration flows.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Define and maintain integration governance processes, including API lifecycle, versioning, and documentation.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for integration services.
