You are:
The SAP Basis Administrator Lead has strong hands-on experience in managing SAP technical infrastructure and supporting SAP S/4HANA and related systems. The lead is responsible for managing junior team members and will be the main interface to the client. This role involves configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and coordinating SAP change and transport activities. The SAP Basis Administrator Lead will have deep technical knowledge across SAP landscapes and be capable of supporting ABAP-based systems.
The work:
Implementing, configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment; scheduling and executing the SAP transport system, optimize and analyze performance issues, design architectures of the landscape. Coordinate with different functional teams, integration team, SAP RISE team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SAP Basis
• Experience with one or more of the following: SAP RISE model, S4/HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Private Cloud, BW
• 2+ year of experience with all of the following: BTP administration, Solution Manager ChaRM configuration, BODS and SLT
• Experience leading teams on large-scale projects with multiple direct reports
• Client-interfacing experience
• Must be a US citizen (no dual citizens)

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing database administration for one or more of the following databases: Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle RAC, Oracle GRID, Super Cluster, and High Availability Disaster Recover
• Security + Certification
• SAP Basis Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
