About The Position
The SAP Associate is an entry-level role designed to prepare individuals interested in becoming SAP professionals within NTT DATA Business Solutions, Inc. (NDBS). In this role, the SAP Associate will complete our Accelerated Consultant Education (ACE) Program - an intensive three-month classroom training at our Cincinnati, Ohio location - combining hands-on and instructor-led learning, followed by ongoing consultant education. The ACE Program develops new hires into SAP professionals who are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we aim to empower our new hires to become trusted advisors, innovators, and problem solvers in the ever-evolving landscape of SAP technology. After successful completion of the three-month classroom portion, participants are provided with opportunities to continue to expand their SAP technical and professional skills while adding value to NDBS and our customers. They can choose to pursue a career path in other lines of business within NDBS upon promotion to SAP Application Consultant (typical timeline for promotion is 2-4 years). Participants continue to receive mentorship as they gain exposure to diverse customers, industries, and SAP projects, and build their network within the organization through various events and other career opportunities. The ACE Program offers an accelerated compensation structure, with salary increases every six months until reaching senior consultant or equivalent.
