The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include: Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Requirements
- 7 + years SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 development experience
- Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- US Citizens only
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Nice To Haves
- SAP certification in relevant modules or development areas
- Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.
