About The Position

The SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Delivery Lead at McKesson is responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and team leadership to ensure the organization maximizes the potential of SAC for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.

Requirements

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• At least two full life-cycle implementations of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong understanding of SAC planning functionalities, including data modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Evidence of leading SAC solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or lead solution consultant.
• 10+ years of relevant experience delivering transformation and innovation in the FP&A function.
• Minimum of 5 full-lifecycle EPM Tool implementations in an overall delivery lead role.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads the FP&A transformation of existing legacy solutions being replaced by SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of SAC planning projects.
• Partners with FP&A process owner and BU FP&A leads to define forecasting objectives focusing on business outcomes and user experience.
• Translates FP&A strategic direction and business objectives into holistic SAC Planning capabilities for financial forecasting across all BUs.
• Collaborates with IT teams to ensure alignment with the overall SAC vision and strategy.
• Manages day-to-day delivery workstreams and drives alignment between business needs and SAC Planning solutions.
• Serves as the primary contact point for Project Leadership, providing weekly status updates.
• Identifies risks, issues, actions, and decisions; removes blockers or escalates to Project Leadership and Steering Committee.
• Drives SAC release and operational support planning and execution.
