The Work The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for current and proposed enterprise application environments.

  • Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
  • Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
  • Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
  • Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
  • Facilitate technical design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
  • Provide guidance and support for custom development and data conversion
  • Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide documentation for work performed
  • Support production cutover and provide documentation for work performed
  • Support post-go-live hypercare and maintain documentation
  • 7+ years SAP ECC or S/4HANA ABAP development experience
  • Proficiency in Fiori development and SAP Migration Cockpit
  • S/4HANA project experience
  • Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
  • US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
  • Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
  • Natural born US citizenship
  • You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA ORbe willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Friday
  • Relevant SAP certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
