About The Position

This is a professional position within the Bureau of Waiver and Clinical Services. Compiles electronic documentation, tracks activities related to the waiver, significant additional needs, and iBudget, including follow up and research related to specific cases with Region, APD General Counsel’s Office, and Waiver Support Coordinators. This position with APD will serve staff and management across the Agency. Your work will impact the workplace culture, our community, and the population we serve as we continuously strive to achieve the Agency’s mission.

Requirements

  • Must have experience calculating budgets.
  • Must have experience preparing reports and data analysis.
  • Must have experience working with computer software applications.
  • Must have High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Systems (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Ability to: Work with new material or information to grasp its implications and ability to apply.
  • Write and edit using proper grammar and writing style outlined by agency and program requirements.
  • Perform basic math.
  • Analyze available information, observations and evidence in order to determine appropriate action.
  • Enter data in a professional work setting.
  • Manage time and multiple priorities.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Obtains daily information from the agency’s data system, identifies action steps to be taken for client-specific cases.
  • Calculates and enters critical budget information and other data into the agency data systems.
  • Performs Waiver Disenrollments.
  • Generates regular and ad hoc operational management reports related to significant additional needs activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
