About The Position

Temp-to-Hire MINIMUM 1 YEAR PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A SANITOR WORKING IN FOOD PRODUCTION Connect Staffing is seeking experienced Sanitors to join a food manufacturing company in Colton, CA . This facility produces bread, nutritional bars, cookies, and more! Schedule: 3rd Shift, start time may vary between 10pm/11pm, with flexibility required for early mornings, weekends, and occasional OT Requirements for Sanitor (Food Production): Minimum 1 year of recent sanitation experience in food production or industrial environments Proficient with power washing tools, scrubbers, and sanitation equipment Able to handle and work safely with cleaning chemicals Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform demanding cleaning tasks Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Must be available for early start times and weekend shifts when needed Prior experience as a Sanitation Technician, Cleaning Technician, Janitorial Technician, Production Sanitation Worker, Food Plant Cleaner, or Custodian is a plus! Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and processing lines during and between product runs
  • Safely operate sanitation equipment and wear proper PPE during all cleaning tasks
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and follow safety and company sanitation protocols
  • Perform deep cleaning of facility surfaces including walls, floors, drains, and entry areas
  • Maintain a hygienic environment in common areas and restrooms
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues related to sanitation or facility cleanliness
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and safety regulations
