You will support plant sanitation in the use of chemicals, cleaning processes, sanitation equipment, disassembles and cleans equipment to comply with regulatory aspects of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and USDA guidelines. Eliminate sources of contamination, maintain low bacteria count and report damaged or unsafe equipment. Requires understanding multiple chemicals and sanitation procedures in food safety. You will report to the sanitation leadership team. Work in a safe manner and under time restraints. Knowledgeable of all chemicals and MSDS sheets. Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs. Work in a team environment. Tear down and set up production equipment. Certification of Lock out/Tag out needed. Work in hot or cold/wet/steamy environment Take simple directions and multi task. Perform job tasks while wearing correct PPE. Perform physical tasks. Flex schedule around production times. Available for overtime. Support CPS activities to include: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD, etc. Can work from heights up to 30 feet.
