The Dot’s Pretzels brand has seen an enormous amount of growth, so we are looking for employees to become a part of our team in the Bluffton, IN location. Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing either the common areas of the plant or the processing room by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming and empty trash as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
High School diploma or GED
One-month related experience or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals

Responsibilities

Inventory and stocking of supply rooms as needed
Fill proportions with cleaning chemicals as needed
Ability to operate hand jacks, manlift and boom, floor scrubber, KaiVac and other cleaning equipment as required
Responsible for periodic deep cleaning of facilities as outlined by 3rd party audit requirements and as instructed by the Sanitation Manager
Understanding 5 S programs
Document all cleaning activities
Clean all computer stations, control panels, extruder motors/gear boxes, electrical cabinets (exterior), electrical lines, containers/carts, ladders, fan filters/vents, walls/floor mats, sink area/wash pit, mixer platforms, die storage room, pump station, and scales in the processing area
