Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Must be able to speak English fluently.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure that machinery, equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings are properly cleaned and sanitized according to schedule.
Conduct necessary preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to schedule.
Conduct final inspection of the department to ensure that it is clean and ready for production according to company S.S.O.P.'s.
May operate forklifts, and hand lifts to move product from one area to another.
Work safely under all conditions and procedures.
Report work related injuries and illnesses to supervisor.
Report any process or equipment problems to supervisor.
Follow policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
Perform all duties accurately and efficiently.
